If you are unable to open the app or complete the in-app deletion process, you can request account deletion by email.
For account deletion requests:
support@cheesepedia.appWhen your account is deleted through the app or by email request, the following data is removed:
After deletion, certain limited records may be temporarily retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, and operational needs.
This may include system logs, crash reports, and technical error records retained for up to 90 days. Subscription and billing records managed by the App Store or Google Play may be retained longer according to those platforms' policies. Data required by law is kept for the legally required period.
A device push notification token linked to your account may be stored in our database. This token is also removed when deletion is requested by email. In-app deletion removes account data; the token may be cleaned up separately on our backend.
If you used the in-app flag feature to report AI-generated content, those report records may be retained for moderation. They may include your user ID, feature type, and reason, and may not be automatically deleted when you delete your account. You can request removal by email.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions started through the App Store or Google Play. You must cancel your subscription separately through your app store account settings before or after deleting your account.
